Well-equipped gym and the comfort of having restaurants inside the hotel.

No free wifi in the rooms.

An ideal hotel with lovely views. Functional and contemporary room, hairdryers, shower caps and bath sheets in the room. Nice facilities and exceptionally comfortable beds.

Staff unfriendly, didn't get equivalent room to what we'd reserved. Not value for money.

The bed was very comfy and the room was contemporary with contemporary decor. The staff was willing to help all the time.

Location and proximity to 6th Street and Congress was a plus. Staff were very friendly. Rooms were clean and spacious.

Having rooms on the Executive Floor afforded access to the Executive Lounge however hot food at breakfast would have been a nice touch. The lobby bar/lounge was rather large and uninviting.

Good pick for a brief visit in Austin with a great value-to-price ratio. The check-in staff was friendly and cute, making us feel right at home. Tip, Request extra towels in advance for a quicker response.

All the staff were very nice. The room is large and confortable.

The views from our high floor room were fantastic, and the staff was notably friendly. The pool was unfortunately closed, despite the enticing imagery advertised, quite disappointing. The executive lounge's evening offerings were also underwhelming, with food that didn't meet expectations . Fortunately, the breakfast was better, and the freshly prepared dishes at breakfast were enjoyable.

The entire hotel is well ran and comfortable. Our culinary experience was above all other hotels we have visited.

There is nothing I didn't like about our experience.

I didn't like that valet was 37 per day and your own parking was 28$ per day

Comfortable Stay with Room for Improvement

The staff greeted us warmly and surprised us with a congratulatory card for our anniversary. Our room was spacious with a lovely view of Lady Bird Lake. Dining was hit-or-miss. The pizza from Cannon and Belle stood out, but breakfast in the lounge needs improvement.
